Reflecting the new energy in East Midtown, two main luxurious names are coming to 500 Park Ave. at East 59th Avenue, which consists of the 11-story former Pepsi-Cola constructing and a 40-story apartment tower.
Vera Wang signed a 26,708 square-foot workplace lease, transferring uptown from East twenty sixth Avenue. The style designer can have workplace and showroom house on your complete fifth flooring and a part of the seventh flooring.
In the meantime, Portuguese-founded luxurious furnishings and inside equipment model Frato will launch its first New York retailer with 4,641 sq. toes at road stage on the 59th Avenue nook.
