NEW YORK — Girls in New York now have entry to contraception drugs with out a physician’s prescription.
Gov. Kathy Hochul signed the Delivery Management Entry Act into regulation Tuesday.
It will increase entry to reproductive well being care by making it obtainable over-the-counter.
“We’re sick and bored with judges and lawmakers telling us what to do with our our bodies, and if there’s one factor that New Yorkers is not going to do, ever, is stand by after we see improper being carried out,” Hochul stated.
The governor additionally signed laws securing abortion tablet entry to SUNY and CUNY faculty college students.
