John Travolta penned an emotional tribute to his late good friend and former “Grease” co-star Olivia Newton-John on what would have been her 74th birthday.
The Aussie actress died at age 73 on Aug. 8 following an extended battle with breast most cancers.
Newton-John was first identified with most cancers in 1992 and once more in 2013 and 2017. The illness subsequently progressed to stage 4, and he or she managed the pain with medical marijuana.
Taking a second to pay his respects on his late good friend’s birthday, Travolta, 68, wished Newton-John a contented birthday with a throwback snap of the pair within the hit 1978 movie.
“Glad birthday my Olivia,” he wrote alongside the snap on his Instagram Story.
The pair, who each met on the set of the movie after touchdown starring roles, developed a powerful friendship that remained till her dying final month.
