Steve Bannon, one among former President Donald Trump’s advisers, faces an indictment on state prices in New York and can flip himself in, two sources near Bannon confirmed to CBS Information late Tuesday evening.

The information of Bannon’s upcoming indictment was first reported by The Washington Post, which mentioned Bannon will flip himself in on Thursday.
