NEW YORK – New York Metropolis says the water at Jacob Riis Homes is protected to drink. 

It comes after a surprising reversal from town about current testing that discovered arsenic within the water at a public housing complicated within the East Village.

Mayor Eric Adams went to the Jacob Riis Homes Saturday, and shared video on Twitter of him ingesting water from the faucet.
