A dementia-stricken lady died after the California senior residents dwelling she lived in errantly served her dishwashing liquid as an alternative of juice, the house stated.
The lady was considered one of three residents at Atria Park Senior Dwelling Facility in San Mateo rushed to the hospital after they drank the caustic liquid, KRON-TV reported.
The staff concerned have been suspended as the house investigates internally and cooperates with native authorities, the ability stated.
