New York state legislature to take up new gun bill

Thursday, the New York state legislature will take up a new gun bill to replace the one struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court, but there are already questions about whether it could survive a court challenge. CBS2’s Dick Brennan has more on Gov. Hochul’s proposal.
