Mangia to ditch its four-decade home for new spot in NYC

Mangia, the favored Italian fast-casual eatery and market, will bounce from 50 W. 57th St., the place it’s been since 1981, to Williams Equities’ 57 W 57th St. throughout the road.

Mangia can have 9,500 sq. ft on the Sixth Avenue nook, together with 3,000 sf on the bottom the place the asking lease was $200 per sq. foot. The remaining area shall be on the decrease degree for Mangia’s catering facility.

Williams principal Michael T. Cohen mentioned Mangia shall be a “good  complement to High quality Italian,” the steakhouse within the constructing.

Colliers Worldwide’s Zach Nathan, David Inexperienced and Brad Mendelson repped the owner. Present Actual Property Advisors’ Adam Henick and Jennifer Bernstein repped Mangia.
