A instructor at an upstate New York center college was arrested Monday for allegedly planting a hidden digicam in a employees lavatory, a report stated.
Patrick Morgan, 57, was charged with 22 counts of illegal surveillance for allegedly putting the recording gadget inside the worker restroom at Sand Creek Center College within the Albany County city of Colonie, WNYT-TV reported.
The digicam, which resembled a cellphone charger, was found final Friday after capturing photographs of a number of staffers inside the lavatory.
