NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — An lawyer for former governor Andrew Cuomo is accusing Attorney General Letitia James of prosecutorial misconduct.
Cuomo’s attorneys plan to file an ethics grievance in opposition to James and two attorneys employed to research sexual harassment claims in opposition to Cuomo.
His attorneys allege investigators ignored proof of witness tampering, intimidation and perjury.
In an announcement, James referred to as Cuomo a “serial sexual harasser” and stated the authorized grievance is a charade to masks the reality.
