BELLMAWR, N.J. (CBS) — The Bellmawr health club proprietor who made nationwide headlines by remaining open in the course of the COVID-19 lockdowns is now working for Congress. Ian Smith introduced his candidacy in New Jersey’s third Congressional District on Thursday.
Smith is working within the Republican main. He says his platform will deal with liberty and small authorities.
Democrat Andy Kim is the incumbent.
The third District serves Burlington and Ocean Counties.
