NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Mayor Eric Adams has signed a brand new govt order to assist small companies within the metropolis get monetary savings by slashing by means of pink tape.

Adams stated Tuesday the order will assist the institutions get again on their toes after the pandemic, by eliminating pointless violations and lowering penalties for first-time offenders, CBS2’s Ali Bauman reported.

He launched into what he referred to as a brand new chapter for small companies, with a brand new jacket from Pearl River Mart in SoHo, the place he signed the order to reform present enterprise rules in order that metropolis businesses difficulty fewer fines and penalties to small enterprise homeowners.
