NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Former governor Andrew Cuomo is not going to face felony expenses linked to allegations reported by two ladies in Westchester County.
The ladies, together with a state trooper on Cuomo’s safety element, reported the previous governor kissed them on the cheeks.
In an announcement, Westchester County District Lawyer Miriam Rocha stated partially, “Our investigation discovered credible proof to conclude that the alleged conduct in each cases described above did happen,” however added, “We can not pursue felony expenses as a result of statutory necessities of the felony legal guidelines of New York.”
