The liberal media have spent the final two years cheering unrest in our streets, feeding racial animosity and encouraging division, so it’s no shock how they reacted to the case of Minneapolis Police Officer Kim Potter and Daunte Wright.
Potter was making an attempt to arrest Wright on an impressive warrant for weapons possession and his half in an alleged armed robbery.
The profession criminal resisted, tried to drive away, and Potter made a deadly error — she fired her gun as a substitute of her Taser.
It’s a horrible case. The jury heard the circumstances and rendered its verdict — manslaughter. By her testimony on the stand, Potter won’t ever forgive herself for what occurred.
However that’s not ok for the speaking heads of MSNBC and the writers of the American press. Potter is white and Wright is black, so what occurred should be racially motivated, should be an injustice that places the complete nation on trial. It must be an excuse to tear up our criminal-justice system. They usually have. Warrants are ignored, bail is suspended. Better criminals victimize extra individuals than have one thing go incorrect whereas they’re resisting arrest.
Regardless of the propaganda, circumstances like Potter and Wright will not be the norm. And tragic errors can’t be a justification for making America unsafe.
The protesters and pundits gentle the match with satisfaction — they don’t seem to be those affected when all the pieces burns.
