More Omicron Cases Identified In New York; Total Rises To At Least 8 – CBS New York

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The variety of instances of the Omicron variant in New York state has grown.

Gov. Kathy Hochul stated Saturday three extra instances have been recognized, elevating the statewide whole to eight.

Hochul wrote on Twitter that the rise in Omicron instances had been “anticipated.”
