NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Michael Cohen, who as soon as served as a private lawyer for former president Donald Trump, is now a free man.
He was formally launched from dwelling confinement Monday.
Cohen introduced his launch papers to courtroom in Decrease Manhattan to have them processed.
This comes three years after Cohen pleaded guilty to tax evasion and campaign finance law violations.

He was on home arrest for 18 months after more than 13 months in federal prison.
“I’ll proceed to supply data, testimony, paperwork and my full cooperation in all ongoing investigations to make sure that others are held accountable for their soiled deeds and that nobody is ever believed to be above the legislation,” Cohen stated Monday.
